耳鼻咽喉科学教学改革实践和思考

Discussion on reform of otolaryngology education

文章分析了我国目前医学教育课程设置现状和发展趋势对耳鼻咽喉科学、口腔科学等小专业教学的影响,总结山西医科大学第一医院耳鼻咽喉科教研室近十年进行的专业教学系列改革经验与教训,探讨解决该类课程类似教学困境的途径,以适应医学高等教育的发展。

This paper analyzes the present situation of medical education curriculum in China and its effects on minor courses,such as otolaryngology and stomatology,and summarizes experiences and lessons of otolaryngology educational reform,which have been carried out in the E.N.T Department of First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University for near ten years,so that the authors can find a way out of the similar predicament to meet development of medical education.
