中医临床对外医患交流实训课程的设计与实践

Design and implementation of clinical training course for TCM clinical ability in international interpersonal communication

为了适应中医国际化人才培养,增强中医专业学生的临床交流和接诊能力,创新性地提出构建中医临床对外医患交流实训课程的设想、并付诸实施。系统地介绍了实训课程开设的背景、目的、教学内容、教学模式及PBL教学法。教学实践表明实训课程的开设调动了学生主动性和自主性,树立了对外交流的信心和提高了临床接诊的能力。

To adjust to the cultivation of internationalized TCM talents and to strengthen TCM students＇ ability in clinical communication and receiving patients,the design of the clinical course for TCM clinical patient-receiving and international interpersonal communication is put up with in a creative way,which has been taken into practice.The introduction has been made systematically about the course＇s background,aim,teaching contents,teaching approach and PBL.The practical results show that the course will motive the go-ahead ism and selfcontrol of the undergraduates,establish their confidence in international communication and improve their ability in receiving patient.
