摘要
目的:探讨提高实习医师的腹腔镜操作技能、学习兴趣的方法。方法:对临床本科实习医师系统的腹腔镜理论知识、操作训练、手术实践教学,出科前的相应考核评价,统计分析。结果:经过系统训练教学组在对普外科解剖、病理学特征、诊断、手术过程、腹腔镜操作、学习主动性等方面明显优于对照组。结论:将系统的腹腔镜操作训练引入临床教学中能提高普外科临床教学的质量。
Objective: To explore the elevation methods of laparoscopic procedure training and learning interest for interns.Methods: Systemic theory teaching,laparoscopic procedure training,operation practice,examination and statistical analysis.Results: The groups of systemic training and teaching are better than that of the control in anatomy,pathology,diagnosis,operation,laparoscopic procedure and study activeness.Conclusions: Systemic laparoscopic procedure training could improve the quality of general surgery bed side teaching.
