摘要
生物信息学(bioinformatics)是一门交叉学科,已经成为生命科学研究领域的重要工具,具有很强实践性和进展性。在教学中把前沿性的科研成果融入教学实践,充实教学内容,使科研转化教学并促进教学的进步。将丰富的科研资源转化为教学资源,发挥生物信息学的应用特性,形成培养学生能力的实践教学模式。
Bioinformatics,an inter-discipline,has been already becoming an important implement in life science.It possesses applicability and progressively characteristics.Those results of scientific researches applied to teaching can enrich contents of courses,can make scientific research changed into teaching and promote the improvement of teaching.The abundant research resources being applied in teaching can develop applicability of bioinformatics.Then,a new teaching model will be formed;the students' abilities can be developed.
