摘要
为了解决混矿浮选产率、回收率低,精矿质量不稳定,成本高等问题,研究了不同类型胶磷矿分类浮选工艺技术。利用分类浮选优于混矿浮选的结论,对云天化集团安宁矿业分公司的原浮选工艺系统进行技术改造。改造后,产率提高了1.4%∽2.5%,回收率提高了4.9%∽5.41%,药剂用量降低了20%。
It has been proved by experiment and research that classified flotation for different type of collophanite is superior to ore bedding flotation in technical target and economic indicator.Markable effect and profit can be achieved by applying such process in production.
