摘要
分析总结中山大学中山医学院实验技术队伍建设经验:建立激励机制,不断强化爱岗敬业、无私奉献的精神;强化岗位管理,实行考核和轮岗,打造精湛的实验技术;促进实验教师与实验技术人员协同发展,提升实验教学质量。
This paper summarizes the experience of the laboratory technician team building in Sun Yat-sen University Zhongshan School of Medicine as follows: establishing an incentive mechanism,keeping strengthening the spirit of dedication and contribution;strengthening the position management;the implementation of assessment and rotation system;creating the exquisite experimental techniques; promoting the harmonious development of teachers and laboratory technicians in order to enhance the quality of experiment teaching.
