传统教学结合PBL或结合文献汇报在医学免疫学理论教学中的应用体会

Application of traditional teaching combined with PBL or with literature report in theory teaching of medical immunology

医学免疫学是一门重要的基础医学课程,交叉渗透于其他学科。为提高教学质量,以适应当代医学教育的要求,需要探索新的教学方法。在教学实践中发现,传统教学结合PBL教学方法或和结合文献汇报的教学方法在医学免疫学理论课的教授中可让学生在切实掌握基本理论的同时,培养学生的独立思考及分析问题能力。

Medical immunology is an important curriculum of preclinical medicine which infiltrates in other subjects.To raise teaching quality and be qualified for the contemporary medical education,new teaching methods should be investigated.The application of traditional teaching combined with PBL or with literature report teaching method in theory teaching of medical immunology can develop and improve students＇ abilities of independent thinking and solving problem based on grasping the basic theory.
