摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在社区护理学实践教学中的应用。方法:随机选取我校2006级本科护理学生,分别作为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组为传统教学法。完成全部实践教学后,对两组学生进行理论知识和实践技能考核,并通过问卷调查对两种教学方法进行评价。结果:实验组学生的理论知识和实践技能考核成绩及对教学方法的评价均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在社区护理学实践教学中的应用效果良好,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of carrying out PBL in community health nursing practice curriculum.Methods: 40 undergraduate nursing students admitted in 2006 were subject to an experimental group and received PBL,and 40 counterparts to a control group in traditional teaching methods.After completing practice curriculum,they were examined on their theory knowledge and practice skills,and the two teaching methods were appraised through self-rating questionnaires.Results: the experimental group is obviously more surpass than the control group in the examination and appreciation(P0.05).Conclusion: The application of PBL as a method for the practice teaching of the community health nursing seems to be welcome,and worth spreading.
