摘要
基础教育的"基础"在中小学教学改革实践中有被遗忘的趋势,这一趋势最突出的表现就是把基础教育的办学目标理解成"为高一级学校培养和输送合格人才"。失落了"基础"的基础教育与其培养合格公民、打下"成人"基础的教育本质发生了位移。基础教育改革实践中的"差异与均衡"、"基础与创新"等基础性问题的解决必须建立在对"基础"内涵的科学理解之上。
The base of elementary education is being lost in the course of school reform, and thinking of the school objective as training and transporting qualified talents for the higher school is inaccuracy. Elementary education whose base is lost is not consistent with its educational essence of cultivating qualified citizens and laying foundation of being adults. Therefore, the solution to the basic problems such as diversity and equilibrium, as well as base and innovation should be based on the accurate comprehension of basic education.
