"教师成为研究者"的提出标志着教师已成为中小学教育研究的主体。"教师成为研究者"的教育意义主要体现在生产教育知识,解决教育实践情景中的实践问题;将教育观念和教育理论转化为实践力量;在研究性变革实践中促进教师的专业发展;有利于教师主体的回归。
The introduction of "teacher as a researcher" is an important symptom of elementary and secondary school teachers becoming main force of educational research. Generally the educational meaning of "teacher as a researcher" includes: producing educational knowledge to solve the realistic problem in the teaching process; transforming educational notion and theory into practical power; improving teacher's professional development in the reform to benefit the return of the main body of teachers.
