摘要
心灵与行为的和谐统一是学校教育工作实效性的一个重要体现。要认真分析学生心灵与行为断裂的现象及原因,认真探讨学生心灵与行为和谐统一的策略和途径,提高学校教育工作的实效性。
The harmony of soul and behavior can reflect the effectiveness of middle school＇s educational work. Therefore, we should analyze the phenomena and reasons for fracture of students＇soul and behavior, explore strategies and approaches to achieve the harmony of soul and behavior to improve the effectiveness of school＇s educational work.
