摘要
在给出区域森林资源预警系统概念框架的基础上，对区域森林资源预警系统的概念、类型、结构和功能作了初步探讨，同时讨论了概念界定的几个原则问题，即概念的稳定与发展、概念的理论概括与实践操作及概念的复杂性与明确性。
This paper puts forward conceptual framework of regional forest resources early warning,and preliminarily discusses concept,type,structure and function of regional forest resources early￣warning.Finally,the paper discusses some key problems about conceptual definition such as stability and development of concept,theory and operation of concept,complex and simplification of concept.
