摘要
研究化学预处理中渗透剂用量和搓磨分丝机械处理对棉秆高得率浆性质的影响。研究结果表明:在用碱量4%,软化剂用量4%,渗透剂用量1%,预处理温度135℃,保温30min的条件下对棉秆进行化学软化预处理后,经过工作参数为主机螺旋转速550r·min-1,喂料螺旋转速为40r·min-1的双螺旋搓磨分丝机搓磨分丝处理,最后磨浆条件为磨浆间隙0.35mm,主机转速为600r·min-1的高浓盘磨磨浆处理,成纸紧度、裂断长、环压指数的平均值分别达到了0.45g·cm-3、3.11km、12.3N·m·g-1,可满足生产高强度瓦楞纸的要求。
The effect of osmotic reagent and dynamic extruding process on the properties of high yield cotton stalk pulp was studied.The results show that preliminary chemical treatment of cotton stalks were taken under the conditions of alkali charge 4%,the amount of soft agent 4%,the amount of osmotic reagent 1%,cooking temperature 135℃,cooking time 30min,then clustered fiber material was extruded through dynamic extruder with the rotation speed of extruding screw 550 r·min-1,and feeding screw speed 40r·min-1,finally through the high consistency disc with the rotation speed of disc 600r·min-1 and disc gap 0.35mm.The density,breaking length,ring crush index were up to 0.45g·cm-3,3.11 km,12.3N·m·g-1 respectively,it meet the requirements of highstrength corrugated paperboard.
