果胶酶结合化学助剂控制BCTMP浆中DCS的效果 被引量:5

Effects of Enzyme Combined Chemical Additives on Controlling DCS in BCTMP Pulp

摘要 采用参数测定和仪器分析方法对杨木BCTMP浆抄纸白水循环系统中的DCS进行了分析,明确了DCS的各种物化性质和累积规律。选用碱性果胶酶、阳离子滑石粉、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺等4种添加剂对高得率浆进行处理,以阳离子需求量为评价指标,分析了不同用量和组配的处理结果。实验结果表明,当碱性果胶酶用量1U·g-1(对绝干浆,下同),阳离子滑石粉用量5%,阳离子淀粉用量0.5%,CPAM用量0.01%时,模拟浆料的阳离子需求量降低了47.91%。 The components of DCS(dissolved and colloidal substances) from HYP(high yield pulps) were analyzed in this study.The relationships between DCS accumulation and physical properties were established.BCTMP were treated by four kinds of chemical additives.The cationic demand of white water was discussed.And then we analyzed the treatment results of different combinations.Results showed that the cationic demand of BCTMP decreased by 47.91% when the dosage of alkaline pectinase was 1U per gramme dry pulp,cationic talc was 5%,cationic starch was 0.5%,CPAM was 0.01%.
