摘要
本文依据ANSYS有限元复核计算结果,通过水压试验安全控制手段的论证确定和缜密的试验方案准备,解决高压钢岔管内、外应力同步测试的难题。应力测试数据及时动态地反映水电站压力钢岔管水压试验时的内、外应力状况,保证试验设备的安全,为同类工程的设计计算提供难能可贵的水电站压力钢岔管水压试验应力测试数据。
This paper proposes a method to overcome the difficulty in synchronous measurement of the internal and external stresses of the bifurcated penstock.This method is developed on the basis of ANSYS computations,a detailed analysis on the safety-control method of the test,and a meticulous plan and preparation of the test.By this method,the test data of time variations of the internal and external stresses of a steel bifurcated penstock can be successfully obtained and the safety control of test equipments is ensured.Thus,the present work provides a technique and data valuable to bifurcated penstock testing.
