摘要
以16位超低功耗混合信号处理器MSP430F149和数字温度传感器DS18B20为硬件核心,以LabVIEW8.5为软件开发平台,设计了一个实时温度控制系统.通过串口将MSP430单片机采集到温度传感器的信息传递到上位机LabWIEW,LabVIEW对采集的信号进行分析和处理,实现温度的实时监测,同时将采集到的温度数据进行保存,方便系统运行时随时查阅和分析,该系统测量精度为0.062 5℃,与普通单片机相比其超低功耗的特性,可在内部供电的条件下对周围温度进行长时间实时监测.
This paper designs a temperature control system,which uses mix signal process MSP430F149 and digital thermometer DS18B20 as hardware design core,LabVIEW 8.5 as software designing platform.By MSP430 collects the digital information from DS18B20,the LabVIEW analyzes and processes the sampling signals in software platform to achieve real time temperature control.Simultaneously,the acquired data is saved for analysis and check at any time.The system measurement accuracy is 0.062 5 ℃.Because of low power's system feature,real time monitoring circumference temperature in internal power supply long time.
