快速荧光灶抑制试验的应用和改进 被引量:4

摘要 快速荧光灶抑制试验(rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test, RFFIT)是世界卫生组织(World Health Organisation,WHO)推荐的狂犬病病毒中和抗体检测标准方法,已被应用于狂犬病疫苗免疫效果评估、狂犬病疫苗新型免疫方案评估、狂犬病诊断试剂和方法评估、狂犬病被动免疫制剂评价。对RFFIT的改进包括自动化判读结果和用表达绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protein,GFP)的重组狂犬病病毒做为攻击病毒,这些改进目前尚未获得广泛应用,传统RFFIT仍然是值得推广的狂犬病病毒中和抗体检测方法。
