吉林水电大用户管理现状及对策

The Management and Countermeasures of Large Users for Jilin Hydroelectric Network

本文介绍吉林水电网及大用户基本情况,从电力电量需求、供电可靠性、停断电的影响三个角度分析了大用户特点,并阐述了大用户在设备维护管理界面、大用户管理设备接入系统技术标准、供用电双方必要的交流等存在的问题及加强大用户管理的必要性和任务。在此基础上论述了相应的管理办法,指出供电企业通过加强电力需求侧管理,做好大用户负荷控制工作,引导电力用户提高终端用电效率,优化电力资源配置,从而实现最小成本的电力服务与电力客户共创"双赢"。

This paper introduces the basic situations of Jilin hydroelectric network and its large users,and analyzes the characteristic of large users from electric power demand,reliability and power outage impact.This paper also expounds the existing problems of large users on equipment maintenance management interface,technical standards of management equipment access system,necessary communication between two sides etc.and emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the large users management.On this basis,the relevant management measures are discussed.And this paper points out that the power supply enterprise should complete the load control work of large users,guide users to improve efficiency of electric power,and optimize power resource distribution,so as to achieve the minimum cost of electricity service.
