摘要
西宁水电站自1989年投产以来,已为当地社会经济发展做出了较大的贡献。根据近期流域水电开发规划,同流域的中梁三级水电站与西宁水电站共用引水系统,发电厂房紧邻,但随着中梁三级水电站的兴建投产,西宁水电站设计引用流量及发电上网方式将发生大的变化,设备年利用率大大降低。在进行电站主要发电技术指标复核分析的基础上,提出技术可行、经济合理的西宁水电站电气一次系统技术改造方案。
Xining hydropower station has been put into operation and made a great contribution to local economic development since 1989.According to the recent River Basin Hydropower Development Planning,the third stage of ZhongLiang hydropower station and Xining hydropower station will share the same water driving system,and will be close to each other.But with the construction and farther production of the third stage of ZhongLiang hydropower station,the design flow of Xining hydropower station and methods to access the power system will be changed much,and Yearly utilization rate of equipment will be greatly reduced.Based on the analysis of review indicators in main power generation technology,this paper puts forward a retrofit scheme which is technically and economically feasible for the primary electronic circuit of Xining hydropower station.
