汶川地震抗震救灾卫勤保障中存在几个缺点，在非战争军事行动中，例如在地震中搜寻和救援，卫勤指挥地位没有受到足够的重视。在早期阶段，一些医疗队就被忽略。卫勤力量应该积极参与支持国家的紧急医疗救助制度，形成一种统一的机制。必须强化卫勤指挥中“以信息为主导”的意识，树立信息是“核心资源”的观念。卫勤信息资源严重匮乏，规划十分重要。应该组织训练。

Several shortcomings in health service support were revealed during the Wenchuan Earthquake. During non-war military operations, such as search and rescue in earthquake sites, enough attention has not been paid to health service support. In the early stage some medical rescue teams were ignored. The military health service support system should actively participate in the national emergency medical rescue system so as to form a unified organism with a long-time mechanism. Neccessary accumulation of health service support information is deficient. Informatization on health service support should be strengthened. The health service support resources are not used rationally. Planning is important. Training should be organized.
