高温高强度训练条件下皮肤病发病情况调查

Epidemiology of dermatoses among armed policemen participating in military review

目的了解国庆60周年武警阅兵部队官兵在高温高强度高压力特殊环境下训练皮肤病发病情况和原因，从而指导部队官兵更好防控皮肤病。方法通过医疗巡诊的方式，在集训前、集训2月后分别对随机抽取的100名官兵皮肤病发病情况进行统计，并归类分析。结果集训2月后组感染性皮肤病发病率增幅最高（13％），其次为心身性皮肤病（5％）。结论高温高压力高强度训练易导致感染性皮肤病及心身性皮肤病的发生。

Objective To investigate the incidence of dermatoses among the armed policemen to participate in military review undergoing high intensity training under the conditions of high temperature and high mental stress. Methods A group of dermatologists made their rounds of visit into a randomly selected parade of armed policemen, totally 100 persons, all males, aged 18-24, with an average length of military service of 2.2 years, to participate in the 60th National Day military review before and 2 months after the high intensity training under the conditions of high temperature and high mental stress. Results The prevalence rate of dermatoses among the policemen was 33% before the training, and was increased to 52% after the training. The prevalence rate of infectious dermatoses was 15% before training, and was increased to 28% after the training with an increase rate of 13%. The prevalence rate of psychosomatic dermatoses was 9% before the training, and was increased to 14% after the training with an increase rate of 5%. The prevalence rate of allergic dermatoses was 10% before training, and was increased to 14% after the training with an increase rate of 4%. Conclusion High intensity training under conditions of high temperature and high mental stress is a potential risk factor for infectious and psychosomatic skin diseases.
