摘要
对(中国春ph1b突变体×Ae.umbelulata)F1和(中国春×Ae.umbelulata)F1花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对情况观察表明,ph1b可以诱导普通小麦与Ae.umbelulata间的部分同源染色体配对。同时首次用普通小麦对(中国春ph1b突变体×Ae.umbelulata)F1回交获得了成功,证明利用phlb基因通过诱导部分同源染色体配对,可以把Ae.umbelulata中的有益基因转移到普通小麦中。
Observation of chromosome pairing of PMCs of (Chinese Spring ph1b mutant Ae.umbellulata) F1 and (Chinese SpringX]Ae.umbellulata) F1 indicated that ph1b could induce homoeologous chromosome pairing between common wheat and Ae.umbellulata. For the first time the backcross seeds of (Chinese Spring ph1b mutant Ae.umbellulata) F1 with common wheat were obtained,at the same time, possibility of transferring desirable genes from Ae.umbellulata to common wheat was invesitgated via inducing homoeologous chromosome pairing by using ph1b gene.
