A preliminary report on introduction trial of good clone for Popu lus tomentosa

引进８个毛白杨优良无性系，用不同砧木、不同嫁接方法进行育苗和不同砧木鞭条生产试验，经过４年实践，选出了适宜推广的４个优良无性系，３种优良砧木，１种春季育苗的最佳方法。

On the basis of introducing 8 good clones of Populus tomentosa, a trial of nursery with different stock and nursering methods have been made in this studying, a production trial of different stock have been carried out as well. After a 4 year trial, 4 good clones and 3 good stocks as well as an optimum method of nursering in spring have been selected, which are adapt to popularize.
