On this year's China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference,the scene was as high and crowded as before,and show girls were as hot and pretty.Game companies have cracked their brains to make different decorations on their exhibition booths,only to attract as much attention as possible.However,there's nothing new on the show,which may be due to the poor performances of game companies after a decade of fast development.The growth rates of eight listed game companies on the first quarter of 2010 have marked the record low since last two years.It's time the rich and anxious industry find the way to restart their glory.First,quality game strategy is the key to the long life of a company.And a game product can maintain continuous growth only through keeping attracting new users.For game companies,they should not only attract talents but also keep and inspire them with open and flexible human resource strategies.Quite a few of companies have expanded products to the oversea markets.And they can also enter related entertainment industries such as film and net literature to bring more chances to their game products.
