摘要
研究了不同合金化工艺参数下BH钢合金化镀层的抗粉化性。结果表明,BH钢热镀锌层在合金化温度为510℃,合金化时间为10s时获得最佳的抗粉化性能。镀层的最佳相结构为Γ相的厚度小于镀层厚度的5%,合金化镀层表面的ξ相未完全消失,致密的δ相占据镀层中大部分体积。
The performances of powdering-resistance of galvannealing bake-harden steel sheets under different galvannaling processing were studied.The results showed that the best powdering-resistance of galvannealing BH steel was obtained when the galvannealing temperature and duration were 510℃and 10s respectively.And correspondingly,the best microstructure of galvannealing coatings were that the thickness ofΓphase accounts for less than 5%of the whole thickness of coatings,ξphase remains on the surface of coatings and compactδphase was the dominant phase in the coatings.
