摘要
采用COPRA软件对某矩形焊管的辊弯成型工艺进行了仿真计算,分析了该产品边部波浪形缺陷(边波)的产生原因及解决方法。结果表明,采用焊缝在焊管短边上的工艺时,增加2个以上成型道次或者采用下山法,可以消除边波;采用焊缝在焊管长边上的工艺时,为消除焊管纵向的上弯趋势,配辊时应该使焊管的4个角同时开始空弯,若条件允许,应增加成型道次或采用下山法。
By the COPRA software,several cold-rolled forming processes for rectangular welding pipe were simulated.The causes to bring about side wave and its countermeasures were analyzed.When the welded seam was in the pipe's short side,it should be applieded more than two forming passes or used down-hill forming method.When the welded seam was in the pipe's long side,the pipe's four corners should be bent at the same time to remove the pipe's bending up.If the condition could be permit,it should be considered to increase passes or use down-hill forming method.
