摘要
昆钢棒线厂钢筋生产中存在穿水冷却设备进水体喷嘴磨损较快,冷却水流量、压力不稳定,小规格钢筋易堆钢等问题,因此分析了不同结构进水体优缺点,并对其原进水体进行了改进。改进后进水体打破了传统的导流槽结构方式,取消了导流锥套,并对喷嘴进行激光喷涂处理,有效提高了进水体的使用寿命,降低了备件成本,同时轧件在穿水系统中运行更为稳定,对轧件的冷却效果更为均匀。
In view of some problems of quick wearing of nozzle of water influx,unstable of flow and pressure of water and easy piling up of small gauge piece during hot rolled ribbed bar production at Kunming Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,advantage and shortcomings of different structures of water influx were analyzed.A new structure water influx was applied,which the diversion bushes was canceled,and the nozzle was treated by leaser coating. The service life was longer and the cooling effects of piece were good by this new water influx.
