员工组织公民行为的动机研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过文献回顾和实践总结,发现组织公民行为的动机有"心甘情愿"和"被迫无奈"两种;文章在比较这两类组织公民行为的表现形式、影响因素和潜在影响之后,提出了一些管理建议。
