摘要
无锡新区科技交流中心钢屋盖,形体特殊和复杂多变,安装施工难度大。根据该钢结构安装特点进行项目管理策划,施工方案采取的主要流程为:先安装桁架,形成封闭施工区;然后安装网壳杆件,留3个合龙口进行合龙;最后安装索穹顶部位。此方案使凹凸起伏的梅花形钢屋盖得以精确安装。
The Wuxi Technology Center has a special,complex ever-changing steel roof structure,which is highly hard to be constructed.Installation planning is formulated according to steel installation characteristic of the project.The main procedures of the construction program are as follows： the truss is installed first to form a closed construction area;and then the members of the network shell are erected,three closure mouths are set apart;the last part of the installation is the cable domes.So the quincuncial steel roof can be installed accurately.
