摘要
研究建立荧光衍生剂氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC-Cl)柱前衍生,高效液相色谱荧光检测器检测面粉增筋剂聚丙烯酸钠中聚丙烯酰胺的检测方法。样品经水提取,在弱碱性条件下通过FMOC-Cl衍生,经二醇基柱分离,并以荧光检测器测定。结果表明:该方法聚丙烯酰胺检测限为0.2g/kg;样品回收率为85.5%~90.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~4.7%(n=6),在4.28~428μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归系数r大于0.999。
Developed a method of pre-column derivatization and HPLC with FLD detection of polyacrylamide(PAM) in sodium polyacrylate (PAANa).The flour gluten fortifier-PAANa samples were extracted by water and pre-column derivatization with FMOC-Cl.HPLC separation was performed on YMC-Pack Diol-300 column (8.0×300 mm,5 μm) and the fluorescence detection was used.Conclusion:The detection limit was about 0.2 g/kg.The recoveries ranged from 85.5% to 90.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.1%~4.7% (n=6).The linear range was 4.28μg/mL~428 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient (R) was over 0.999.
