摘要
基于干壳莲子几何物理机械特性,提出一套机械化加工处理壳莲的工艺流程,对流程相关设备的基本原理和作业过程进行描述,并简要介绍分级机、剥壳机、穿心机等核心设备的基本结构与工作原理及主要技术参数。
Based on the geometric,physical and mechanical characteristics of dry lotus seeds,a mechanized process flow for lotus seed production was introduced.The fundamental principles and operation processes of the related equipments were described,and the basic structures,working principles and main technical parameters of its core equipments,such as the grader,the sheller and the drilling machine were briefly described.
