摘要
压型钢板在其自身平面内具有很大的抗剪能力,其对主体结构有加强作用,可提高结构的空间整体性,此种作用被称为压型钢板的蒙皮效应。由于压型钢板两个方向的弹性模量和泊松比有很大差别,给结构分析带来诸多不便,为了使应力蒙皮效应在工程中尽快得到应用,对压型钢板进行正交各向异性等效,并对压型钢板和等效后的正交异性板进行相同工况下的ANSYS有限元分析比较。结果表明:等效后的正交异性板与真实压型板的侧移基本相同,其抗侧移能力与真实压型钢板相近,因此在结构分析时用正交各向异性板代替压型钢板是可行的。
Corrugated steel sheet has a large capacity of shear-resistance in its own plane,which can enhance the main structure and raise its spatial integrity,and it is called stress-skin effect.But it is difficult to analyse due to the fact that the corrugated steel sheet has different elastic modulus and poisson's ratio in two directions.The method of equating corrugated steel sheet to orthotropic plate is used. The result of the corrugated steel sheet by ANSYS analysis under same conditions is compared with that of the equated plate,the result shows that the lateral displacement of the former is basically the same as that of the latter,whose resistant force is close to that of the actual corrugated steel sheet.Hence it is feasible to use an orthotropic plate instead of a corrugated steel sheet when carrying out a structural analysis.
