摘要
2010世博会国家电网馆中墙面为斜交叉柱空间网格结构,构件结构形式以箱型为主,两箱型构件相互交叉形成X型,内部结构复杂,焊接和装配先后顺序直接影响构件质量,构件角度的偏差直接影响后期玻璃幕墙的安装以及电网馆整体外观效果。安装时,必须严格控制网格多个方向的角度尺寸,才能确保现场安装质量。网架整体尺寸、水平度、平整度和垂直度的保证必须通过计算、调整以及测量等手段进行方位控制。
The wall covering of the state grid pavilion of Shanghai 2010 World Expo is a latticed structure with oblique intersecting columns,whose main members are box ones,thus forming a complicated internal structure,Therefore the sequence of welding and assembling has a direct effect on the quality of the members;a slight angle error of the members can also influence directly the erection of glass curtain wall in later stage,as well as the overall appearance of the grid pavilion.During erection the field erection quality can be guaranteed only by controlling strictly the multi-direction angle dimensions of grids.The overall size,levelness,flatness and verticality of the grid frame should be ensured by azimuthal control.
