摘要
威海市民文化中心工程高空观光椭圆形锥体钢结构,节点构造复杂、构件规格数量多、安装中结构稳定问题突出、后续锥体表面的点支式玻璃幕墙要求精度高。结合工程实践,对施工测量放样、结构件的制作、拼装顺序及安装工艺、安装精度控制技术等进行总结,形成高空观光椭圆形锥体钢结构成套施工技术,对类似锥体钢结构施工具有借鉴意义。
The oval cone of high-altitude sightseeing steel structure of Citizen Culture Center Project in Weihai features complicated node structure,many sizes of various members,special problems of structural stability during erection,and high precision of the point-supported glass curtain wall for the follow-up cone surface.With engineering practice,it is summarized that the construction measurement lofting,structure parts production,sequence of assembly and installation process and precision control technology of erection to form the mating construction technologies for an oval cone of high-altitude sightseeing steel structure,which provides experience for construction of similar cone steel structures.
