胸腔置管引流并顺铂腔内注药治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

The therapeutic effect on malignant pleural effusion with closed drainage of chest and administration of DDP

目的探讨胸腔置管引流并顺铂腔内注药治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法 50例恶性胸腔积液患者行胸腔闭式引流术引流胸水,待胸水排尽后予顺铂20mg腔内注射,每周两次。结果完全缓解(CR)18例,部分缓解(PR)23例,总有效率(CR+PR)82%,且患者不良反应轻,生活质量明显提高。结论胸腔置管引流并顺铂腔内注药治疗恶性胸腔积液安全有效,不良反应少,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of chest tube drainage and administration of DDP in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of malignant pleural effusion were set with closed drainage on chest and DDP administrated into the chest cavity 2 times a week. Ruselts Complete remission （CR） in 18 cases, partial remission （PR） in 23 cases, the total effective rate （CR＋PR） was 82 %, with less adverse reactions. Life quality noticeably improved. Conclusion Chest closed drainage and administration of DDP in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion are more effective and safe, with less adverse reactions. It is worth to promot in clinical use.
