右室双出口术后三度房室传导阻滞儿童行主动固定起搏器术一例

摘要 病例资料 患儿男，2岁9月。因口唇发绀，体检发现心脏杂音2年人院。超声心动图检查提示：复杂先天性心脏病，右室双出口，室间隔缺损，肺动脉瓣重度狭窄，卵圆孔未闭。心脏双源CT。检查提示：1．右室双出口，大动脉右转位；2．室间隔缺损，缺损处内径1．9cm；3．卵圆孔未闭，内径约1．9cm。择期行右室双出口矫治术（人造带口血管片做心内左心隧道和人工生物带瓣血管行心外隧道建立右室切口→肺动脉主干）和卵圆孔未闭修补术。
