在铁路车站超限货运作业系统分析的基础上,介绍了铁路车站超限货物运输作业安全评价的分类方法。通过对超限货运作业影响因素的全面分析,得出影响超限货运作业安全的主要因素。在分析超限货运作业主要影响因素的基础上建立了铁路车站超限货运作业安全影响指标体系,引入了分层次模糊综合评价,建立了完整的模糊评价模型。针对铁路车站及实际作业特点,在确立影响因素权重过程中做了适当的调整和改进,使该评价模型具备了更强的实际应用性。

Based on the systematic evaluation of railway station off-gauge cargo transportation,in this paper I intro-duced the classification method of railway station off-gauge cargo transportation safety evaluation.Through compre-hensively analyzing the influencing factors of the railway station off-gauge cargo transportation and operation,we get the main factors affecting the railway station off-gauge cargo transportation safety.By analyzing the main factors of the off-gauge cargo transportation and operations,I have established railway station off-gauge cargo transportation safety influence index system,introduced hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,founded a complete fuzzy evaluation model.Aiming at the particularities of railway station and its actual operations,in the process of determining the weights of the influencing factors,we made the suitable adjustment and correction and make this evaluation model have better applicability.
