风筛式清选装置参数的试验研究

Experimental Research on the Air-and-screen Cleaning Device Parameters

利用纵轴流风筛式清选装置,对水稻进行清选试验研究,目的是研究贯流风机转速、筛面倾角和鱼鳞筛开度对清选性能的影响。试验结果表明,在本试验条件下,最佳参数为：筛面倾角6°,鱼鳞筛开度为8mm,贯流风机转速为900r·min-1。

In order to investigate the influence of cross flow blowers rotational speed、screen dip angle and the hole size of scale screen on cleaning performance,we used the air-and-screen cleaning device of longitudinal axial flow to carry on cleaning experimental research on rice.The experimental results showed under the experimental conditions,the best parameter is：the screen dip angle is 6 °,the hole size of scale screen is 8 mm,the cross flow blowers rotational speed is 900 r·min-1.
