摘要
以亚硒酸钠、葡萄糖酸钙、磷酸二氢钠、魔芋精粉为原料研制排铅功能饮液。以铅螯合率为指标,通过单因素和三因素三水平正交试验对饮液配比进行了分析,获得最佳的排铅饮液的配比为:亚硒酸钠的添加量为110μg·L-1,葡萄糖酸钙的添加量为7.5g·L-1,磷酸二氢钠的添加量为2.5g·L-1,魔芋精粉的添加量为0.4%。
The lead-eliminating drink fluid was manufactured by sodium selenite,calcium gluconate,sodium dihydrogen phosphate,and konjac flour as the raw materials.When the rate of lead-chelating was target,the ratio of the drink fluid was analyzed through the single factor and three-factor and three-level orthogonal test.The best ratio of the lead-eliminating drink fluid was obtained:the additive amount of sodium selenite was 110 μg·L-1,the additive amount of calcium gluconate was 7.5 g·L-1,the additive amount of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was 2.5 g·L-1,and the additive amount of konjac flour was 0.4%.
