菊黄上清含片的薄层色谱鉴别

TLC Identification of Juhuangshangqing Buccal Tablets

目的建立菊黄上清含片的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对菊黄上清含片中的羊耳菊、甘草、冰片3味药材进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层色谱中分别检出了羊耳菊、甘草、冰片的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法简便可行、专属性强、重现性好,可用于菊黄上清含片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the TLC method to provide an effective technique for controlling the quality of Juhuangshangqing Buccal Tablets. Methods Inula cappa DC,licorice and borneol were indentified by TLC method. Results Inula cappa DC,licorice and borneol could be indentified by TLC method in the same site,and the spots were very clear. There were no corresponding spots at the same site in the negative sample. Conclusion TLC is a simple,reliable and specific method with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of Juhuangshangqing Buccal Tablets.
