摘要
目的优选藕节炭的炮制工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以止血时间和凝血时间为评价指标,分别用断尾法和毛细管法测定。结果藕节炭的最佳炮制工艺为,取厚度1~2cm的生藕节饮片,控制锅底温度390℃,炒制29min。结论验证试验表明,所筛选的炮制工艺条件较合理。
Objective To optimize the processing technology for Nodus Nelumbinis Carbonisatus by pharmacological test. Methods The tail-cutting and capillary tube methods were adopted to detect the hemostatic time and cogulation time as the evaluation indexes,and the orthogonal design was conducted to perform the research on the standardization of processing method for Nodus Nelumbinis Carbonisatus. Results The best processing technology was taking the decocting pieces of Nodus Nelumbinis with the thickness of 1-2 cm,stir-frying for 29 min at 390 ℃. Conclusion The repeated test indicates that the best processing condition is fit for the preparation of Nodus Nelumbinis Carbonisatus.
