美国的药师教育资格认证介绍

Introduction of Accreditation of Pharmacist’s Qualification in USA

目的:为我国药师职业的角色转变及成熟提供参考。方法:检索相关文献,对美国目前的药师教育资格认证的机构和种类进行介绍。结果:美国的药师教育资格认证可分为3类:学位、执业资格及各种毕业后教育的认证,其中各种毕业后教育的认证为药师工作模式转向临床提供了很好的选择。结论:美国教育资格认证的全面性,为药师拓展"以患者为中心"的药学服务的能力提供可能。为适应将来药师职业的发展,我国的药师教育认证制度需要改进。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for professional role transformation and matureness of pharmacists in China. METHODS： By retrieving certain literatures, organization and types of accreditation of pharmacist’s qualification in USA were introduced. RESULTS： There have been 3 kinds of accreditation of pharmacist’s qualification in USA： academic degree accreditation, practicing requirements accreditation and post-graduate degrees and certificates. Various post-graduate education accreditations provide the possibility for the working pattern of pharmacist transforming into clinical pattern. CONCLUSIONS： Comprehensive education qualification accreditation provides the possibility for the improvement of patient-centered pharmaceutical care in USA. For adapting career development of pharmacist in China, it is necessary to improve our pharmacist accreditation system.
