探讨我院药房数字化工作模式与药师职业风险的关系

Study on Relationship between Digitization Work Pattern of Hospital Pharmacy and Professional Risk of Pharmacists

目的:提高药学服务质量,降低药师职业风险。方法:介绍我院药房数字化工作模式的实施情况,并对实施前(2008年)、后(2009年)不合理用药处方进行统计,分析该模式在降低药师职业风险方面的作用。结果:2008、2009年统计的不合理处方数量分别为1355、789张。数字化工作模式在就诊渠道、合理用药监测、药品数量和金额管理等方面均发挥了有益作用。结论:数字化工作模式可以通过减少风险因素而降低药师的职业风险,提高药师工作效率和质量,对医院药学的发展具有一定的推动作用。

OBJECTIVE： To promote the quality of pharmaceutical care and to reduce the professional risk of pharmacists. METHODS： The application of digitization work pattern in our hospital was introduced. Prescriptions of irrational use of drugs before （2008） and after application （2009） were analyzed statistically. The role of digitization work pattern in the reduction of professional risk was analyzed. RESULTS： The number of unreasonable prescriptions is 1 355 in 2008 and 789 in 2009 in our hospital. Digitization work pattern exerted beneficial effects in the fields of visiting channel, monitoring of rational use of drugs, management of amount of drugs and money, etc. CONCLUSIONS： Digitization work pattern can reduce risk factor to decrease professional risk of pharmacists, and improve the efficacy and quality of work to promote the development of hospital pharmacy.
