摘要
在钻孔后管板堆焊层的超声检测中,为提高检测速度同时保证检测质量,在MB5F单晶直探头初步检测的基础上,采用MSEB4H双晶直探头和VSY70双晶纵波斜探头对管桥部位可疑信号进行精确检测。经对管板模拟试块和钻孔后管板堆焊层的检测,验证了对于非正常堆焊层,采用常规探头和特殊探头的组合检测,可以提高检测速度并保证堆焊层检测质量。
In order to improve detection speed and ensure testingquality in ultrasonic testing of cladding on drilled tube plate, on the basis of preliminary testing by using straight beam probe MB5F, the technology of accurately testing of suspicious signal on pipe-bridge by using TR straight beam probe MSEB4H and angle beam TR probe( longitudinal wave) VSYT0 was used. Through the testing of simulated block and cladding on drilled tube plate, it was verified that the detection speed could be improved and the testing quality could be simultaneously ensured by using the combination of conventional probe and special probe.
