对在用蒸汽灭菌器使用工况进行了分析。用渗透检测方法对灭菌器可能产生裂纹的重点部位的焊缝、角焊缝内表面进行了检测。分析和处理了角焊缝上产生的裂纹。应用表明,在用压力容器定期检验中必须对焊缝内表面进行渗透检测,才能保证容器的使用安全。

The performance of steam sterilizers in use was analyzed, and the inner surfaces of welding seams and fillet welding seams in the key parts were inspected by penetrant testing method and the cracks often occurring on the fillet weld were analyzed and proceeded. Therefore, it is essential to carry out penetrant testing on inner surfaces of welding seams so as to guarantee the safety while in use.
