提升中职生心理弹性的班级管理策略

摘要 心理弹性是教育心理学的一个新领域,指儿童青少年身历逆境、成功适应和良好发展的心理品质。利用心理弹性的个人保护性因素的研究结论,采用相应的班级管理策略,可以促进中职生个体心理弹性的发展。
