摘要
辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,其工作直接决定学校德育工作的成效。因此,高校辅导员应积极探索制度化、人性化、民主化和情感激励管理的新方式方法,以适应新时期学生管理工作的需要。
The instructors in university play a very important role in giving students moral and political education. They are the guiders who lead the students to grow healthy and happily in university. The methods of their management play a decisive part in the effect of the university＇ s moral education towards students. Consequently, instructors should actively make a probe into the new method of their management, in order to meet the needs of the management affairs of students in the new age.
