摘要
20世纪80年代以来,美国的公民教育理念发生了相对转型,开始逐步强调个人与社会并重的价值取向,强调培养负责任的并有全球意识的积极参与型公民。这一公民教育的基本理念需要通过相应的公民教育内容和公民教育途径加以实现。
Since the 1980s, the concept of citizenship education in America happened relative transformation, gradually emphasizing personal and social rights and obligations of the equal importance,and emphasizing to cultivate participative citizens having global consciousness and responsibility. The basic concept must be implemented through the appropriate content and approach of citizenship education.
