对全球化结构的一种理解

An Understanding on Globalization

全球化是中国改革开放的基本语境,但对全球化有不同的理解和态度。全球化进程被看成同心圆式相互叠加的三个层次:现代化、市场化和美国化。不同国家在面对这三个层面的历史境遇时展开了各种类型的国际交往,也推动了全球地方化的运动。笔者以一种分层的结构描述动态的全球化进程,从这种结构性关系出发更容易全面、深刻地理解当前世界在文化、经济与国际政治这三个方面发展的相互影响,从而更冷静、从容地应对复杂纷繁的国际局势。

Globalization is the basic context of reform and opening up policies in China,even though there are different understandings or attitudes towards this progression.Different countries carried out different kinds of international communication in face of the historical situation at three levels：modernization,marketization and Americanization,which propelled the global localization movements as well.This paper described the progression though triplex framework.From this structural relationship,we can observe and understand the interactions of culture,economy,and international politics more roundly and profoundly,so as to deal with any complex international issue more easily.
