摘要
根据产生源的不同,餐厨垃圾产生源分为餐饮企业、企事业单位食堂、学校食堂与医院食堂4大类。结合杭州市的实际情况,进行分类布点实地调查,估算出杭州市餐厨垃圾产生总量为623.62t/d。
According to different sources of food residue generating, they were divided into four major categories, including catering services, canteens in enterprises and institutions, canteens in schools, and canteens in hospitals.Combining the situation of Hangzhou, a field survey for sorting distribution had been carried out.By estimating in this survey, the food residue output of Hangzhou was 623.62 t/d.
